My initial thought of the rats was this was not going to be easy and I am not really interested in holding or doing anything with these rats. I would have preferred to have some rats or something, but here we are. I did hold Blizzard twice and I guess I am slowly getting used to it, but it wasn't that bad. My impression of rats has not changed drastically, I still don't like them and Blizzard is quite active so it's weird cause she keeps squirming and running. I named the rat Blizzard because she's white and I thought it was cool. 

Update: I went to try and pick her up over the weekend and I stood there for at least 10 minutes before I had someone pick her up and hand her to me.
